James Wilkinson

Using big functional movements combined with non-machine based training to improve all areas of fitness. I take a very holistic approach to training that I have gained from my time in crossfit, I beleive you should train to be fit for life and everything it asks from you.

Having been a firefighter for 15 years, I have learnt first hand the significance of real world fitness and the importance of being prepared, both physically and mentally, for whatever life can throw at you.

Philosophy:

I believe that motivation is the key. I believe firmly that if you find it hard to be motivated then how can you expect yourself to achieve results? As well as a PT I am your support system. I will give my all to help you achieve results by keeping you motivated!

Speciality:

My speciality in training is fat loss and body transformations which I have gained from my experience of doing it myself through using different diet and exercise techniques.

I aim prove that wherever you are starting from, by using a varied range of exercise and workouts, you can be fitter, healthier and stronger. I believe that age is just a number and scales are for fish!

Working with beginners to build confidence and develop an understanding of exercise. Strength training and Olympic lifting techniques.

Philosophy:

I believe that the harder you work and push yourself in a workout, the more you have to show for it. Exercise is good for both your physical and mental health, and the more often you give yourself a good workout, the better you look and feel! Exercise is something that you can’t do by halves. You have to give it your all, all of the time to see the results you want. And that is where I can help!

My speciality is circuit type training using cardio machines, body weights and free weights

My training philosophy is to keep my client working 100%. I keep my client working hard thoughout the whole session, recovery breaks are to be earned. If you don't work outside your comfort zone in both exercise/intensity then you won't test your body and achieve results you have struggled to get yourself

Simon Drew

Philosophy:

I believe in establishing consistency as the main factor in meeting your goals. Goals may be performance, aesthetic or health based, or a mix of all. Getting your mind-set right, your preparation right (not least your nutrition) and then turning up to train are the base requirements. I’ll work with you to build confidence and support you throughout your journey.
