I believe in all components of fitness, with goal setting to help focus your
training and keep you motivated. I also consider movement to be the key, and this is why I use a mixture of range of movement exercises and soft tissue therapy to make you stronger and everyday life easier.
I use my own training to help focus and train towards basketball, which I not only play in my spare time, but also I am a basketball coach. This is a strong passion of mine which I have pursued for much of my life.
As the owner of JustGym, I find it important for everyone to feel comfortable and at ease when they are training, and I have built JustGym to reflect this.

What I enjoy about my own training is the relaxation I have when doing so. I find it a wonderful way to decompress from the day and let all my worries go. It’s also a great way to reset, ready for whatever my day throws at me next.
My favorite type of training is weight training as I love seeing the results and watching those weights go higher as I get stronger. Being able to do bigger movements like back squats and dead-lifts really builds my confidence.

As a bodybuilding female, I know that starting in the weights section can be quite daunting. I initially started because I wanted to lose weight but fell in love with being strong. I want to help you build confidence and strength in the weights section whether you’re a newbie or if you just need someone to push you that bit further. I’ve worked with men and women ranging from 15-90yrs focussing on strength, on all levels – whether that be strengthening for a sport or coming back from injury.
My true passion is working with women and helping them navigate the gym no matter where they are on their journey. Whether that be nutrition, hormones, mental health or just being the best person they can be. I’m here to make you stronger!

I discovered my passion for fitness during my post-university days when I found myself at a crossroads, uncertain about my future. I was an average person without any athletic background or expertise, but I knew I wanted to make a change in my life. Initially, I had no idea how to get started or manage my nutrition, but with the help of knowledgeable coaches, I began my fitness journey.
From being an overweight uni student to where I am now, I’ve experienced all the highs and lows that come with transforming one’s body. I understand the struggles of starting a fitness journey, but I also know the rewards that come with consistent effort and hard work.

I had always worked physical jobs and been naturally thin, I wanted to push myself to become bigger and felt like I had something to prove, this is where I fell in love with bodybuilding training. Looking back at the start of my journey I made loads of mistakes but this is where I’ve gained the most knowledge from. Through correcting my errors and trying various training methods, I’ve managed to accumulate a lot of body mass in a relatively short period of time, helping me to progress my training. My job is to ensure that you avoid these mistakes whilst taking an enjoyable approach to training, making it personal to your needs/goals and ensuring progression.

I found my passion for exercise during my time serving as a police officer, where I discovered the huge benefits it had in relation to mental fitness as well as keeping physically fit and strong enough to do the job. I am a strong believer in how exercise can strengthen your mental health as well as your physical health. Feeling good in yourself improves your confidence, boosts your mood, and your self-esteem – leading to a happier and healthier you.
My personal training sessions are realistic but challenging to increase your overall fitness levels. As a personal trainer, it is my job to support and motivate you to reach your goals, and to make the sessions as fun as possible

I’m a student studying Film and Television Production at Anglia Ruskin University. Here, I specialise in Videography, Photography and Graphic Design. My roles within the gym consist of the filming and editing of footage and designs for the gym TV screens, as well as handling the advertisements that appear on them. I also often design new logos and images for our hoodies and do a range of photography and videography for JustGym events and projects.

My experience with clients ranges from youngsters through to the retired and from fully able to those challenged by injury or disability.
