I play and coach basketball and am very interested in sports-specific training and helping people move better.

James Wilkinson
Qualifications
Personal Trainer L3, BWLA Certified Olympic Lifting Coach, Certified CrossFit Coach, Running and Endurance Coach, Gymnastic Coach.
Philosophy
Using big functional movements combined with non-machine based training to improve all areas of fitness. I take a very holistic approach to training that I have gained from my time in CrossFit, I believe you should train to be fit for life and everything it asks from you.

Philosophy
I believe that the harder you work and push yourself in a workout, the more you have to show for it. Exercise is good for both your physical and mental health and the more often you give yourself a good workout, the better you look and feel! Exercise is something that you can’t do by halves. You have to give it your all, all of the time to see the results you want. And that is where I can help!

My speciality is circuit type training using cardio machines, body weights and free weights.

My speciality in training is fat loss and body transformations which I have gained from my experience of doing it myself through using different diet and exercise techniques.

I believe in establishing consistency as the main factor in meeting your goals. Goals may be performance, aesthetic, or health-based, or a mix of all. Getting your mindset right, your preparation right (not least your nutrition) and then turning up to train are the base requirements. I’ll work with you to build confidence and support you throughout your journey.

Lucas Warren
Philosophy
I train twice a week in the gym, as well as taking regular walks and runs around the town and countryside to maintain a healthy lifestyle while keeping myself in good shape. This also keeps me fit as a photographer and filmmaker as the equipment I frequently have to operate is rather heavy
Hobbies and Interests
I am a film and photography student, so my hobbies mainly revolve around these areas. I enjoy working on film sets and going on photoshoots in lots of interesting locations.
